A Sacred 8-Week mentorship Program

You want to break free from a toxic/unhealthy relationship (i.e., trauma bond) OR you want to transcend relationship issues into love/compassion.

This program is also for you if you have minimal to no awareness of your Shadow Self.

WHAT IS A TRAUMA BOND?

A trauma bond relationship reflects aspects of the Shadow Self and unhealed childhood trauma or emotional wounds (of both parties). It typically includes a cycle of repeated emotional or physical abuse, attachment/anxiety, and intermittent reinforcement (i.e., inconsistent love & respect). Trauma bonds typically happen in romantic relationships, but are also prevalent in friendships, professional environments, cults, etc.

WHAT IS THE SHADOW SELF?

In Jungian psychology, the Shadow Self can best be described as the unconscious aspect of one’s personality that the conscious ego/ID does not want to identify with. It contains all aspects of ourselves that we choose to repress and reject.


Signs You Are Experiencing a Trauma Bond or “Toxic” Relationship:

Unhealthy romantic relationship

Examples: narcissistic partner, emotionally unavailable partner, constantly triggered in relationship, anxiety-inducing relationship dynamic, attachments, lack of trust, controlling, emotionally or physically abusive partner, boundaries consistently crossed, push-pull dynamic, dishonesty/cheating consistently, high highs and low lows with no calm medium (i.e., emotional roller coaster

Unhealthy relationship with one or both parental figures

Examples: emotionally unavailable parent(s), narcissistic parent(s), enabling, gaslighting, abusive (physically/verbally/psychologically), estrangement, childhood trauma, etc.

Unhealthy friendships 

Examples: lack of trust, boundaries consistently crossed, controlling, one-sided, manipulative, disrespect, dishonesty, gaslighting, etc.

Unhealthy professional relationships/career environments 

Examples: boss not caring about your well-being, lack of appreciation, boundaries consistently crossed, feeling unsafe, etc.

SIGNS YOU ARE OUT OF TOUCH WITH YOUR SHADOW SELF:

1. Consistent anxiety, discomfort, anger, irritability, or stress

2. Coping through emotional distress or discomfort by “staying busy”, drinking/smoking, excessive social media scrolling, or any type of distraction without full, conscious awareness of behaviors/thoughts

3. Experiencing random eruptions or easily triggered in your relationships without conscious awareness of behaviors/thoughts

4. Quick to have emotional outbursts or quick to shut down emotionally/check out/disappear without full, conscious awareness of behaviors/thoughts

5. Serious discomfort, despair, or darkness present during separation with people you love, during relationship break-up/divorce, or when you are spending a period of time alone. This occurs without your full, conscious awareness of behaviors/thoughts

6. Judging any aspect of others or yourself and deeming these aspects as “unacceptable”, “ugly”, “wrong”, etc. without full, conscious awareness of behaviors/thoughts

7. Experiencing the same repetitive patterns in life such as: every significant other you attract or fall in love with seems to abandon or betray you; every friend you seem to attract seems to take advantage of you or fall short in loyalty; every boss you seem to attract seems to not care about your emotional well-being or boundaries; etc.


This is an 8-week 1:1 intensive healing program with coaching support and guidance if it falls within my expertise. We will get to the root of any suffering and accelerate the process of your healing journey.


WHAT WE WILL FOCUS ON:

WEEK 1

Relationships

We will address all trauma bonds prevalent in your current reality or in your past and dissect core emotional wounds that keep attracting these experiences in your life

This will either mend current relationships and transcend karmic debt in your current relationship into love, compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance; 

or this will free you from the trauma bond you are in and result in attracting a healthier dynamic/bond.

+ Relationship Break-Up (optional): 

If you are currently going through a relationship break-up, we will relieve any distress, anxiety, and grief by tending to the root of your emotional wounds and alchemizing your pain utilizing a psychological and energetic approach.

WEEK 2:

Generational Trauma 

We will address any patterns/cycles that have been trickling down your lineage that are causing you any type of distress and discomfort. This will break the cycle so you, your children, and future generations can be free.

Examples of generational cycles/trauma: 

-Your father was never present in your life and now your child’s father is absent.

-Your grandmother or grandfather engaged in emotionally abusive behaviors with your parent; your parent engaged in emotionally abusive behaviors with you when you were a child.

-Your mother was in an abusive relationship in her past; you have (or are currently) experiencing an abusive relationship 

ETC.

WEEK 3:

Connecting with your Inner Child/Inner Teenager

Through various Inner Child healing exercises (customizable for each unique individual), I will assist you in re-connecting with your inner child who was deprived of unconditional love at any point in their life. We will re-parent and nurture younger versions of yourself that went through any type of emotional distress.

This will sever any karmic ties with people who reflect your wounded self, reduce anxiety levels, improve self-confidence, improve sleep, improve, overall physical health, attract healthier relationships dynamics in all areas of your life, etc.

WEEK 4:

Dream Interpretation + Dive into Shadows 

Together, we will dissect the symbolism and meanings of your dreams utilizing a psychological and intuitive/spiritual approach

Our mind is 95% subconscious and 5% conscious, and our entire life is ran by our subconscious mind (i.e., the hidden 95%). With dream interpretation and subconscious work, we will uncover aspects laying in your subconscious mind. These aspects include, but are not limited to: emotions, thoughts, and memories that are manifesting your current reality. This also includes hidden gifts/talents that you’ve repressed due to it being unacceptable in any way (this repression keeps you from flourishing into your full, divine potential). 

WEEK 5:

Somatic Healing/Body Awareness

Practicing Somatic Healing and Body Awareness allows us to identify our emotional triggers more effectively and with full, conscious awareness. This skill allows us to clear emotional blockages laying dormant within our body so we can transcend them into light. This also decreases the likelihood of anxiety/panic attacks, emotional outbursts, etc.

Through Somatic Healing, we also increase our chances of healing physical imbalances/dis-ease; we decrease chronic pain; gain conscious awareness of our thoughts/behaviors; and experience more lightness, health, ease, and inner peace in our life. 


WEEK 6-8:

EFT (emotional freedom technique) Tapping

This is a form of counseling intervention that has been proven to heal emotional trauma quickly and efficiently. We will neutralize emotions in the body by tapping on certain meridians on the body, and we will reprogram any subconscious beliefs that are causing you anxiety, emotional distress, and stagnancy in your life. 

This will increase levels of self-confidence, release physical tension in body, improve relationships, increase self-love, propel you into your god-given purpose, etc.
